Gurlitz Architectural master-planned this senior campus community including programming of the intended uses.  Gurlitz Architectural designed the main community center, recreation and athletic facilities, the dining hall, and multi-story apartment homes.  Gurlitz Architectural also designed the adjacent cottage homes, both detached single family and duplex style housing to serve the community’s independent living need.
